the staff was polite. it was helpful getting directions.

The room smelled strongly of mildew. i found mold growing near the shower and on the walls. It was unpleasant.

warm welcome excellent service scenic views

I appreciated the warm welcome. the staff was very attentive to my needs. mohamed, the manager, provided excellent service. The mint tea was good! the rooftop terrace offered scenic views. i found the traditional moroccan decor to be a standout feature .

the riad, although charming, was a bit difficult to locate initially. directions were a bit confusing upon arrival. the alleyway leading to the riad was rundown. this could benefit from some improvements to enhance the first impression.

the staff provided helpful directions to local attractions near the hotel. breakfast included fresh bread jam and coffee. the hotel arranged airport transportation for me which i found very convenient.

the room lacked a television which would have been a plus.
